Situated on a plateau halfway up the mountain in Boaventura, the property benefits from a view of the sea and superb mountains, located in the heart of a Lauriferous forest protected by UNESCO.

We speak French and Portuguese. (Elementary English and Dutch A1)

We offer two fully equipped rooms, shower, WC, 160x200 bed, courtesy tray, flat screens, bath towels, hairdryers, shower soaps and shampoo, bath towels.

The rooms include sweet and savory breakfast. From 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (Bread delivery is only guaranteed from 8 a.m.)

Breakfast is served at the table and Nelson is always happy to prepare your eggs to order.

Regarding breakfasts, any special requests must be sent to us by e-mail also for any allergy concerns.

Arrival from 2 p.m. , not before. The rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. (For reasons of hygiene and safety, upon each departure the rooms are emptied of their furniture, disinfected, vacuumed, cleaned and refurbished for our next visitors).

Free WIFI.

Private access for each room opening directly to the outside, breakfast area in front of each of them but also served in the dining room on the covered and fully equipped barbecue, available to visitors.

For hygiene reasons All food or food waste is prohibited in the rooms , as are pets in the house.(storage and fridge spaces are at your disposal at the barbecue).

You are renting real rooms in a private home, please let us know your arrival time as early and precise as possible so that we can receive you in the best conditions.

Nelson becomes an "expert" in advice for walks and other activities, he is always happy to inform you and advise you as best as possible.

Surfing or diving accessories or other sports equipment are now prohibited in rooms. (a table is available outside for cleaning your sports accessories)

Unheated above-ground POOL 17,000 liters - sand filter. The swimming pool is no longer accessible from OCTOBER to MARCH.

400m2 garden several oases of rest, sea view, fully fenced.

Free parking for up to 4 cars two minutes walk from the property.

To meet obligations regarding services for foreigners ( SEF) each visitor will be invited to complete an information sheet that we must produce to the same services.

PS: 1) Please note the calendar algorithm only allows for two people per room, if you plan to share the room with more than three occupants (a child) the algorithm announces the occupied rooms by default ! because you exceed the number of occupants per room, do not hesitate to contact us!

Reservation sites such as AIRBNB - BOOKING and all the others sell you our rooms a little more expensive and charge us increasingly higher commissions (in the order of 20%) so you participate in the sustainability of our activities if you book here, and instead of giving these 20% to AIRBNB, BOOKING and companies we can more easily reinvest these amounts in accessories for your comfort!

For reasons of savings and speed we invite our customers to pay by bank transfers, other payment systems also remain available on our site with the STRAP or VISA application.
