We no longer accept children under 10 years old, our infrastructure is not suitable for them.

Picnics and other food deposits are prohibited in rooms for hygiene reasons. Indeed, we risk ant infestations if food is brought into the rooms, and access to rooms that are currently rented is prohibited (except in cases of force majeure), even for a brief cleaning, unless expressly requested by the customer. Many dining areas are available outdoors.

Our pets are not allowed in the rooms due to allergies and other inconveniences.

We serve breakfast personally at the table, Nelson offers these good scrambled eggs on request. Breakfasts are taken in the open kitchen, covered all year round facing the mountains, breakfast is to be consumed on site (do not take away).

We offer to wash your laundry (5€ maximum 5Kg - dryer 5€ maximum 5Kg) A space and equipment for your small laundry is available to you near the outdoor shower and the clothes lines.

We practice selective sorting of our waste at home with your participation.

Containers are available at the entrances and exits of all villages to allow you to safely deposit your trash and other plastics from hiking. The Madeirans are very concerned about the cleanliness of their island. This ecological practice saves us from moving our 1,700 kg car sometimes just for a few grams of plastics that quickly become cumbersome.
